Charles Class ® is a registered trademark and we operate the website at www.charlesclass.co.uk (the 'site').

To browse and order on the site you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions as set out below. If you need to contact us, you can view our full registered address and contact number here.

Our terms and conditions are subjected exclusively to English UK law.


Ordering from Charles Class

When you place an order on this site and complete payment, an auto-generated email will be sent to the email address you have provided detailing the items you have ordered along with delivery details. A dispatch email will be sent when your items are ready, packed and sent via your chosen delivery method. Once your order has been dispatched, your order status will change to 'completed' and no amendment to an item purchased or personal information can be made.

We will always try to fulfil every order, but if an item is found not to be available we will contact you in the first instance for a resolution and give you the right to cancel. If an alternative item can be offered, we will ask for your permission first prior to completing any order.


Prices & payments

We are a UK company based in England and all payments are made to us in GPB by default. Item prices will be quoted in the currency based on the country our site is being viewed from but you can if you wish change to other countries (selection in footer). The price on our website will be accepted and honoured, except in cases of obvious error. Prices advertised do not include import duty, tax costs, or currency conversion fees that may incur when purchasing goods outside of the EU, or where a currency change occurs.

Payment on this site is made via secure networks to protect your personal details. Payments made on this site are made with a valid credit or debit card and are to be authorised by the cardholder. In addition, payment can also be made via Paypal, the world's largest online payment provider.


MULTI-BUY SAVINGS / QUALIFYING DISCOUNTS

Our website will give a 10% saving on the purchase of 3 or more suits and/or dresses. Mixed products will apply, for example you can purchase 2 suits and 1 dress to qualify.

To qualify for the saving, you must order the items on the same order at the same time. Promotional saving is automatically applied to each qualifying product price at checkout (the discount is applied to the suits / dresses only).

If you later return one of the products for a refund and your order is still within the qualifying promotion, you will be refunded for the discounted price you paid. If your order falls below the qualifying promotion, you will no longer be entitled to the discount. Your order will be recalculated to full price of the remaining item(s) on the order and the discount will be deducted from the returned item.


Privacy Policy

We take extra steps to ensure your privacy is fully protected. Our site operates on a full secure server, so any information that is entered anywhere on this site is private.

Whether you're browsing our site or placing an order, rest assured any page you visit is safe and encrypted (padlocked) to protect your personal details. Check for the padlock symbol and 'https' in your browser as you shop our site.

We are PCI certified and hold a security certificate to protect both you and ourselves. We do not store, nor do we have access to, any credit or debit card information you provide on our secure pages.

Under the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), we comply with protecting your personal data: name, address, telephone number and email address, using it only for the purpose of processing an order. We do not share any personal information provided by you to any third parties or to anyone for marketing purposes. We will only use your email address for the purpose of replying to an email you have sent us or if you have placed an order, to send you details / updates on your order. We do not use your email address for marketing purposes.

What are Cookies? Under the EU Cookie Law, when visiting our site, small amounts of memory data, known as cookies, are placed on your desktop or mobile device via your website browser so the next time you visit, the cookie will remember your previous visit, for example, if you had previously placed an item in a basket.

'Session' cookies are used to enable you to browse from page to page, add items to the basket and to complete the checkout process. 'Functionality' cookies are used to identify your IP address for the purpose of locating your country to display the correct currency.

Cookies only identify your device, not you personally. By continuing to use our website, you give consent to place cookies on your device. You have full control over how cookies are handled on your device which can be viewed, amended or deleted via your browser settings.


Availability

All products on this site will display an availability message when selecting a size on a product page. Availability messages are visible on desktop, tablets, and mobile devices. A variety of availability messages will display depending on the type of product you purchase. Adding items to a basket will not reserve the products until full payment is received.

Items other than in-stock will display a date and/or timescale that the item will be available for dispatch. These items, normally pre-order and made-to-order, will still need to be purchased in order to reserve the item and will be available for dispatch based on the date shown.

Items that are no longer in stock will display an out of stock message and allow you to provide your email address so that this site can auto-generate an email to you when the item is available.


Delivery

When an order has been dispatched (shipped), the order will then be with the delivery company selected at checkout. Unless a guaranteed delivery service has been selected, we provide estimated timescales only and are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery company that are out of our control eg weather, customs clearance.

Orders will be sent via a delivery method that has been selected by yourself, of which a full list of explanations and estimated timescales can be found on our delivery information page.


Returns & cancellation rights

You have the right to cancel and return an order providing you give us written notice via email and return within 21 calendar days from receiving the order. If you are cancelling prior to dispatch of your order, your order will be cancelled immediately and monies will refunded back to the original payment method. Cancellation rights do not apply to 'excluded' products found on the site unless cancelled prior to commencement of work.

If an exchange is required, the same process for returning as above will apply.

You are responsible for the safe return of our products and have a duty of care to ensure any items are returned in the same condition as they were sent to you. All packaging, both loose and sealed, tags, boxes, hangers, form part of the product and will be required to be intact for us to accept your return.

Use of this site & our copyright

This site allows users to browse and order products displayed. We do not give permission for any user to download, copy or use ANY images, content or design for commercial or non-commercial purposes, due to contracts and legal rights that Charles Class is bound by, inclusive of live models, designers and script work.


Colour display

Every effort is made to display our products in the true colour that the product resembles. We cannot however guarantee an exact match nor accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or device that you have used to view our products, due to resolution settings that are set within your device. Colour shade variations of an actual product can change from time to time due to differing production runs and so we cannot guarantee exact matches if items are purchased on different dates.


Feedback & complaints

In the first instance, a complaint is to be made in writing via email or telephone lodging the complaint details. We will, within our power, try to find a resolution to a complaint that relates to a product or service we have provided, within a timely manner.

We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
