Where do you deliver?
We are a UK (England) based company but we are pleased to ship items to most countries worldwide.
Delivery fees & options
We are pleased to offer all UK customers FREE 2nd class delivery / courier on all items (delivery upgrades for quicker delivery timescales are also optional). We send all in stock items the very same day if ordered before 2:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Many items on our website will state 'pre-order' or 'made-to-order'. This means that the item is not available for immediate dispatch, but our availability and timescales will be quoted immediately after an option is selected.
We accept all credit & debit cards, as well as Paypal payments, online only. All prices and payments are GPB by default.
Returns & exchanges
We offer a full 28 days return policy on unwanted items for exchanges (eg. colour / size) or a full refund of the purchase price. Exclusions do apply on certain items (eg. hygiene, tags or packaging missing or opened, handmade items). For more information on our returns policy, please click here.
Do you have a shop?
No. We trade exclusively online to enable us to offer our customers the very best prices.
Help with sizing
All products on our website will have a size guide on their individual pages. All size guides are of the actual product and are not body measurements. You can find more information on how to measure your child for an item here or you can contact us should you need further advice.
Specific item requests
All items on our website are as shown in our images. We are unable to mix different products or sizes together as all items have already been made up during the manufacturing process in full sets. We do offer singular items (eg. shirts, trousers) so you can purchase these items in addition.
Out of stock items
When an item is out of stock, we'll endeavour to re-stock it as soon as we can as we visit our manufacturers every week. On the product page, an option to add your email address will be visible when you select the out of stock size. This will allow our website to auto-generate an email as soon as the item is back in stock. If you require an out of stock item urgently, you can contact us for estimated stock arrival.
